•  A power or sail boat - Must carry safety gearto meet minimum safety requirements as per the Marine Act of the Northern Territory.
• A marine radio.
• A crew - they can help with fundraising, tasks and preparing food and drinks for the journey.
• Ice and water.
• Sunscreen and hat.
• Nibbles and drinks - there's just so many places to stop and play.
• Fishing gear - oh the fishing...
• Dress up and play themes - "Team Splash Formal" and "Islands in the Sun."
